Floor Polish studio is proud to present our new adult ballet class in Tucson, Bodacious Ballet. Taught by Brittany Katter, this is a beginners’ intro to ballet technique and movement. Set to upbeat non-classical music, this class will cover a barre and center floor routine, adding fun & flair to the traditional ballet class. You probably know that ballet dance is great for posture, strength, mental & physical stamina. It teaches us total body awareness so we can claim MORE space to express ourselves through movement!
No ballet experience is required, but be ready for a dance challenge 😄. If you took ballet as a kid, now is your chance to reconnect! Ages 16+, wear attire that allows full range of motion, ballet slippers or socks. (No bare feet or shoes, please)
