We are so pleased to be offering a morning yoga class 6 days a week. Thanks to our enthusiastic new yoga instructor, Rosie, who will be leading an introductory Ashtanga Yoga class at 8am Mondays through Saturdays, starting September 26th, 2016.
Ashtanga is known as a very vigorous and dedicated yoga practice, and it can be intimidating to students…even those experienced with yoga. Rosie is passionate about sharing her love for Ashtanga in a very welcoming manner in our cozy studio. This yoga method synchronizes the breath with a set progression of postures. She will be leading a modified half primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa in this morning class to get us all started on the right foot, and she’s calling it Grateful 8 Yoga. Come check it out any morning Monday-Saturday, 8-9am.
